Michael Kors Hosts Safe Center Fundraiser

The Michael Kors company was so generous to host a 2.5 hour Fundraiser for the Safe Center where any purchases made during that time they would donate 10% of the proceeds to the Safe Center. The Safe Center is an amazing charity that helps victims of abuse with their needs at no cost.
It was a really fun evening with lots of goodies both to purchase (as you can see by the shopping bags) and to eat & drink. The fundraiser was headed by Melanie Dibartolomeo, District Manager of Michael Kors Metro NY and Daniela Catuogno Assistant Store Manager/MK Visual Ambassador.
The total merchandise sold during the fundraiser was $5060.85, resulting in a $506.09 donation to the Safe Center. It was an enjoyable, fun evening of shopping, laughing and making a difference in someone’s life. They have already said we can plan for another event in the spring, so watch for the invitation in the Anton papers. We hope to have many more of these events in the future.
