A new development takes shape in the North Shore town

Manhasset is home to luxurious houses, high-end shopping and delicious restaurants. Now, it is soon to include a new development on Plymouth Court.

Traci Conway Clinton and Jacklin Soleimani of Douglas Elliman real estate are the exclusive sales and marketing agents for The Manhasset Glen II project, located on a private road on a quaint private cul de sac in the sought after village of Plandome. Both agents are proud and honored to represent Lalezarian development in launching these fine homes to the market this spring.

“When you enter into the private road, you feel and appreciate their vision, passion and fine execution of bringing this incredible luxury development to Plandome,” said Clinton of the new development. “All three of these newly constructed homes have been thoughtfully designed and masterfully executed with very stylish, luxurious finishes in their design and architectural features of these spectacular homes.”

As for the land, it was vacant and went through several years of a design and approval process within the subdivision of the village in hopes of bringing this dream to fruition. And these stately homes do not disappoint. Drawing from a blend of traditional and transitional with a modern twist, the design is contemporary, chic and comfortable, embracing today’s lifestyle among homeowners.

“Each of the homes vary in square footage size, but offer a design that showcases high ceilings, very open, light filled rooms with great flow and generously proportioned spaces,” said Soleimani of the three different choices of the home, which are the Traditional, the Hampton Classic and the Americana. “The three homes range from 4,455 to 6,129 square feet of living space plus a finished lower level for recreation, on what is just shy of half an acre. Other features include three fireplaces, grand entertaining rooms, bespoke architectural moldings and elements, double height grand foyers, high end appliances within the gourmet eat-in kitchens and breakfast rooms with stylish elements including a modern and dramatic waterfall island.”

Soleimani also made note of the luxurious and spacious master suites, high end marble finishes for all the bathrooms, a central vacuum system and closet systems throughout. Like any stately home, these masterpieces are media room ready and complete with patios and lovely landscaping all within privacy of a wooded preserve area that will never be built on, ensuring the homeowners their own private enclave of Manhasset Glen II.

“The houses, which are styled as Brick Georgian, Hamptons Cedar Shake and a classic wood clapboard Colonial, feature high quality construction and craftsmanship,” said Clinton, who added that she believes buyers are looking for an overall wish list that will check off the boxes. “I believe a nice flow with generous sized rooms for everyday living and entertaining while embracing today’s lifestyle with a large eat-in kitchen and open family room is what homeowners look for,” she said. “Beautiful kitchens with high end appliances and large islands becomes the backdrop for everyday living. The master bedroom in these homes offer a feeling of a beautiful hotel suite with a grand, yet cozy feeling.”

All of the homes have been professionally staged by Tammy Torres and her staff of Superior Staging. Decorating a home from top to bottom help give the buyer an immediate feeling of warmth that these truly are turn key homes.

“The buyers can begin embracing the beauty and lifestyle of each of these beautifully designed homes in a truly special location,” said Soleimani of the new development.
