On Jan. 31, the Cradle of Aviation hosted its annual Bacon Bash where vendors offered many unique bacon combinations including bacon cheese roll, candy bacon caramel cannoli, bacon waffle dog and candy cayenne bacon. Bacon lovers were able to try many different samples and purchase bacon treats they just couldn’t leave without. The proceeds from the Bacon Bash will help fund the preservation and educational programs.
