Jewish War Veterans 127th Anniversary Program

The Jewish War Veterans of the USA (JWV) will be celebrating the 127th Anniversary of the founding of their organization. The JWV was founded on March 15, 1896 by 63 Jewish veterans after a series of anti-Semitic comments about Jews not serving in the military.  The JWV is the oldest U. S. veterans organization.

The JWV continues to work on numerous projects for their members including helping veterans who failed to receive their medals and awards that they deserved.

Join us for this special program on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at noon at Central Synagogue – Beth Emeth, 430 DeMott Ave., Rockville Centre.

Admission is free, but ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED for this program no later than Monday, March 6.  Luncheon will be served following the program.

For additional information and required reservations, call Post Commander Eric Spinner at (516) 369-5313. You may also register online at www.we-are-vets.us/jwv127
