County Clerk Attends United Veterans Organization Officer InstallationThe United Veterans Organization of Nassau County (UVONC) recently held their installation ceremony at the Edwin Welch Jr. American Legion Post 1132 located in Seaford. Nassau County Clerk Maureen O’Connell was on hand to congratulate and swear in the incoming officers: President Frank Colon, 1st Vice President William Fuchs, 2nd Vice President Morris Miller, Secretary J. Leonard Goldstein, Treasurer Edward Aulman, Judge/Advocate Kenneth Cadieux, Chaplain Theodore Shuster and Sgt-at-Arms James Merritte. Outgoing President William Harms was presented with a county citation in recognition of his service and dedication to this fine organization.
