Sempre Fame

374 Tulip Ave.
Floral Park, NY 11001

If cold salads and sandwiches aren’t your thing, kick up your party with some good old fashioned, messy barbecue. Smoked ribs, pulled pork, brisket, corned beef, shrimp skewers, wings and barbecue chicken await on the catering menu at Sempre Fame, a gourmet grill and barbecue joint. Sempre Fame translates to “always hungry” so be sure to order enough food for leftovers. Half trays feed 5-6 people and full trays feed 10-12.

Another reason to have Sempre Fame cater your affair is how truly dedicated the business is to giving back to the community, and knowing that they will treat your affair like one of their own. Owners John and Chris Cavallo give back to a list of organizations including The Ronald McDonald House, Association of Children with Down Syndrome (ACDS), Breast Cancer Research, Central Nassau Guidance and Counseling Foundation, Sunrise Day Camp and they have also cooked for the volunteers who helped construct a park in memory of a Sandy Hook shooting victim and assisted victims of Hurricane Sandy.
