Woman Wanted For Using Fake Money

wantedPolice are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the woman who used counterfeit money at a store in Commack in June.

Police say the woman pictured entered Game Stop, located at 5960 Jericho Turnpike, and purchased a Playstation and assorted video games using two counterfeit $100 bills.

She is described as black, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
