The 12th Annual St. Joseph’s School Golf Outing and Honoree Dinner is scheduled for Monday, June 8 at the Cherry Valley Country Club. The co-chairs of the event, Mike McCarthy and John Maher, are working diligently with the golf committee to make this event both an exciting one for everyone in attendance and a profitable one for the school.
This year’s honoree is Dr. Eileen T. Kilbride who has been the principal at the school for 10 years. Dr. Kilbride has always given generously of her time and talent in this position of leadership. Her extensive experience and her high academic achievements have helped her lead the school to excellence. Dr. Kilbride has energized the faculty, parents and students who all work so collaboratively under her direction to provide a true sense of community.
This year’s Distinguished Alumni speaker will be Suzanne McAndrews who graduated from St. Joseph’s and has continued her affiliation with the school as a parent and as an active volunteer throughout the years.
In addition to a day of golf and great friends, there will be a sumptuous brunch, an elaborate cocktail hour and dinner at which attendees will have the opportunity to try their luck in the silent auction to win one of many prizes, including a luxurious 5-day/4-night getaway to The Residence Club at Tucker’s Point in Bermuda.
