A Hempstead man was arrested on May 9 after allegedly shooting two men.

When the officers attempted to stop the vehicle on Remsen Avenue, Ralphael Brown, 19, fled from the passenger side of the vehicle through the rear yard of a Remsen Avenue home, according to police.
