Rosé The Summer Away

KC Matchpoint Margarita

KC Matchpoint Margarita
Ingredients:
1 large navel orange, thinly sliced
2 lemons, thinly sliced
2 limes, thinly sliced
4 large mint sprigs
1 bottle Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
Juice of two large limes (about 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup blanco tequila
1/3 cup orange liqueur
24 ounces cans lime flavored club soda
Method:
Add the orange, lemon and lime slices and mint sprigs to a large pitcher and muddle using a large wooden spoon. Stir in one bottle Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, lime juice, tequila and orange liqueur. Chill for at least one hour (up to four hours).
Fill six to eight glasses with ice and divide the sangria and fruit between them, leaving room for about an inch of club soda. Top each glass off with lime club soda, stir it in and serve immediately.

Kimmy C’s Cup

Kimmy C’s Cup
Ingredients:
1 bottle Kim Crawford Illuminate Rosé
Juice of 2 lemons (about 1/3 cup lemon juice)
1 lemon, thinly sliced
8 large strawberries, thinly sliced
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
4 basil sprigs
4 mint sprigs
2 cups sparkling pink lemonade
Method:
In a large pitcher, combine the Kim Crawford Illuminate Rosé, lemon juice, strawberries, cucumber, basil and mint. Refrigerate for at least one hour (up to four hours). Stir in the sparkling pink lemonade right before serving. Pour into four to six ice-filled Collins glasses. Garnish with lots of pretty herbs and strawberry slices.

Sauvi B Ginger Spritzer

Sauvi B Ginger Spritzer
Ingredients:
1 (two-inch) piece of freshly peeled, sliced ginger
2 mint sprigs, plus more for garnish
16 ounces Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc
Juice of 2 limes (about 1/4 cup)
2 ounces simple syrup
12 ounces club soda
Method:
Muddle the ginger and mint in a large cocktail shaker or jar. Add the Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc, juice of two limes and two ounces simple syrup and fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until the cocktail shaker is cold, 20 to 30 seconds. Strain into four ice-filled wine glasses. Top each glass off with club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.
