Pizza Delivery Man Assaulted, Pizza Stolen in West Hempstead


Detectives are requesting help from the public to identify two men and a woman who assaulted and robbed a pizza delivery man at gunpoint in Great Neck Plaza at 1:52 p.m. on June 10.

According to detectives, a 23 year-old Dominoes’ Pizza delivery man arrived at a Woodfield Road home with a delivery he was prevented from making by three unknown subjects. When the victim arrived at the delivery address, he was approached by a black man and a black woman who demanded the pizza he was delivering. The victim handed the food to the male suspect but a second black male suspect approached and punched the delivery man in the left side of the face. The first man than pushed the victim to the ground. All three suspects fled west on Pinebrook Avenue on foot, with the food.

Suspect one is described as 5’9” tall, between 18-20 years-old, wearing a black shirt, black shorts and carrying a black knapsack. The second male suspect is described as 6’0”tall, between 20-22 years of age, . The female suspect is approximately 5’2” tall, 18-20 years-old, wearing a white shirt and black shorts.
