October Is Adopt A Shelter Dog Month

In honor of Adopt A Shelter Dog month, Little Shelter would like to remind residents of the many wonderful dogs available for adoption throughout the month of October. These dogs are available to adopt or foster.

Gloria is an active 2-year-old Shepherd mix who loves to play with other dogs. The great thing about her is she knows how to read other dogs and play at their energy level. With calm dogs she will walk beside them, with hyper dogs she will zip around and “pounce.” While Gloria is a great companion for another dog, she is also a goofy girl who makes her handlers laugh.

If Gloria sounds like the perfect companion for you, visit Little Shelter and meet her today!

Gloria is just one example of the cats and dogs we rescue every day. Thanks to the support of donors, dogs like Gloria get a second chance at a home.

From dramatic rescue to life saving medical treatment, Little Shelter is committed to the lives and well being of the animals in its care.

Little Shelter Animal Rescue is located at 33 Warner Road., Huntington, NY 11743. For more information, call 631-368-8770, email info@littleshelter.com or visit www.littleshelter.com.
