Isaac Mizrahi has worked extensively in the entertainment industry as an actor, host, writer, designer and producer for more than 30 years. Now he’ll do some singing of pop tunes and standards in his new cabaret act.

Mavis Staples performs at the Suffolk Theater on Aug. 10.

Straight off her tour with Bob Dylan, Blues Hall of Fame inductee Mavis Staples will be performing her greatest hits, including the chart topper “I’ll Take You There.”

Through Aug. 26, the Bay Street Theater presents a revival of the beloved musical Evita to the East End.

Bay Street Theater will offer its signature treatment of a large scale musical—an intimate experience in a thrust theater that allows the audience to get close to the iconic characters.
