Milleridge Inn Has Special Treats For Moms

Mom works hard every day to fill our lives with love and happiness. Now it is your turn to pamper mom on her special day with a luxurious Mother’s Day “breakfast-in-bed” gift box, delivered to your home by the friendly staff at the Milleridge Inn.

The Inn has been pioneering “delivered holiday” celebrations as a COVID-safe alternative to special occasion gatherings for people who wish to avoid visiting public places during the COVID pandemic. At the same time, the Milleridge is offering a full assortment of lunch and dinner options, including open air dining, for Mother’s Day. All dining at the Milleridge is in full compliance with all COVID-19 health protocols and safety regulations. Social distancing will be observed, face masks will be required, and strict sanitization practices will be employed.

“Moms do everything to make our lives wonderful and joy filled,” said Butch Yamali, owner and president of the Milleridge Inn and Restaurant. “We wanted to help spouses and children to do something extra-special to help mom celebrate Mother’s Day. By delivering the luxurious gift of a ‘breakfast-in-bed’ breakfast box, the Milleridge Inn is making sure mom’s have a great day while remaining COVID-safe.”

The Mother’s Day “breakfast-in-bed” gift box includes everything that mom deserves to start her day with a little pampering and relaxation. The box includes an assortment of bagels and other bakery treats, cream cheese and butter, champagne and orange juice (to make mom’s own mimosa), a bud vase with fresh flowers, coffee and a special “Mother’s Day mug.” To top off the breakfast, the “breakfast-in-bed” gift box features a “do not disturb…princess at rest” sign for mom’s door and a Mother’s Day tiara. The cost for the delivered “breakfast-in-bed” gift package is $79.95. The breakfast will be delivered on Mother’s Day, May 9 between the hours of 7:30 and 10:30 a.m. Call 516-931-2201 to reserve your Mother’s Day “breakfast-in-bed” gift box, which will be delivered to mom’s door.

“I’ve already signed up to give my wife the Mother’s Day that she deserves,” said Jim O. of Hicksville. “My wife has been a great mother and a wonderful wife. This is a special way in which to let my wife know that her entire family loves her very much, and we want her to make her Mother’s Day special.”

In addition to the new “breakfast-in-bed” Mother’s Day package, the time-honored, traditional Mother’s Day full-course lunch and dinner meals are family favorites at the Milleridge Inn. A sit-down prix fixe lunch and dinner are being served in the main house from 11 a.m. through 6 p.m. Outdoor seating will also be available, weather permitting. The cost for the full course meal is $57.95 for adults and $29.95 for children (ages 2-12, children under 2 eat free). In addition, a Grand Buffet is being served for lunch and dinner on Mother’s Day at the Milleridge Cottage. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. through 2 p.m. and dinner is served from 3 through 6 p.m. Pricing for the buffet is the same as the sit-down dinner.
