John Parasco lives in Manhasset and is a member of the Manhasset Art Association. The cover art, his painting titled “Early Spring,” is acrylic on canvas.
“I enjoy a broad spectrum of art and varying subject matter and my interest is in seizing a personal and intimate view in common place people and subjects,” said Parasco, who is self-taught. “Stylistically, I always let the subject matter dictate the painted effect portrayed, allowing life’s experiences to be recorded as stories told. I hope you enjoy the view.”
