Identity Thief steals Malverne Resident Identity and Thousands r

Detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying the woman who is suspected of identity theft.

According to detectives, on Tuesday February 4, the suspect unlawfully used the personal information of a Malverne resident and stole in excess of $3,000 U.S, from the victim’s bank account in Brooklyn, and Queens, New York. The suspect fled the scene, apparently without being observed.

Detectives are continuing their investigation and request anyone with information about this crime to call Crime Stoppers who are offering a reward of up to $5000 at 1-800-244-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous.
