Where to find the best deals for holiday meals

Holiday Dining Guide
The Carltun

Perhaps the most exciting part of the upcoming holiday season is the feasting that will ensue. Though family and friends look forward to spending time together over a homemade meal, cooking can sometimes prove to be a daunting task, requiring endless hours of preparation and the eventual cleanup. To ease the process, certain local restaurants are offering special holiday deals such as fixed price or buffet options.

It’s an ideal way to enjoy a memorable holiday meal surrounded by loved ones with no effort or frustration in the kitchen.

The Carltun

Eisenhower Park, East Meadow

The event hall and popular dining destination will be offering a special Christmas dinner two days before the holiday itself on Friday, Dec. 23, beginning at 6 p.m. No specific menu has been created yet, but according to The Carltun kitchen staff, it is likely to be a three-course fixed price meal featuring choices of appetizers, a main entree and dessert. Prices will be $55 per adult and $25 per child.

Every child will receive a special present and a picture with Santa. No menus have been revealed just yet, so be sure to check with the restaurant as the dates near.
