Patriarch of the Reagan family. Husband to Betty Reagan (deceased). Father to Frank Reagan. Grandfather to Danny, Erin, Joe (deceased) and Jamie. Great-grandfather to Nicky, Jack and Sean. Retired Police Commissioner.

Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck)

Father to Danny, Erin, Joe (deceased) and Jamie. Husband to Mary Margaret Reagan (deceased). Grandfather to Jack and Sean Reagan and Nicky Reagan-Boyle. He is currently the NYPD Commissioner, having been on the force since the 1970s.

Oldest son of Frank and Mary Reagan (deceased). Older brother of Erin, Joe (police officer, deceased—killed by crooked cops) and Jamie. Police detective assigned to Manhattan. Father of Jack and Sean Reagan, husband to Linda Reagan (deceased).

Erin Reagan-Boyle (Bridget Moynahan)

Daughter of Frank and Mary Reagan. Sister to Danny, Joe (deceased) and Jamie. Mother to Nicky Reagan-Boyle. She is currently the Bureau Chief for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

Jamie Reagan (Will Estes)

Son of Frank and Mary Reagan. Brother to Danny, Erin and Joe (deceased). Engaged to police officer Edit (Eddie) Janko (promoted recently to police sergeant). He is currently a police sergeant in the 29th Precinct.
