
The Art League of Nassau County (ALNC) and Greg Schnoor of Barnes Gallery are pleased to announce the Art League’s Summer Art Show at the Barnes Gallery. The ALNC is celebrating its 90th Anniversary. 52 pieces will be for sale.
The reception will be held on Saturday, July 11, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., and Long Island residents are invited to view the show, listen to the music provided by Acoustic Dave Kotliar and enjoy refreshments by Prime Caterers. There is no charge for this event.
The show runs from July 7 until August 29 and all paintings are for sale.
“We’re very honored to have the opportunity to sell and display the ALNC’s work. We invite everyone to the reception on July 11th,” said Greg Schnoor, owner of the Barnes Gallery.

The Art League of Nassau County (ALNC) will continue its monthly meetings in September 2015. It is a group of over 100 painters and sculptors organized in support of activities in the fine arts. Since 1925, they have been painting and sculpting together in a supportive, social and artistic environment. The ALNC welcomes those interested in the arts to join them. The group meets at the Clinton G. Martin Recreation Center, located at 1601 Marcus Avenue, at the corner of Marcus and New Hyde Park Road near Union Turnpike. Meetings are generally held the fourth Friday of every month, excluding summers.
