Local Roslyn resident Sam Elman hosted an NFL draft party on Thursday, April 28, at Croton Reservoir Tavern in Manhattan. Special guests included current New York Giants players Stansly Maponga, Kerry Wynn and Jay Bromley (pictured).

Less than five months ago, the Giants signed Maponga, a defensive end, off the Atlanta Falcons’ practice squad.

Wynn, a defensive end, signed with the Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2014.
Bromley, a defensive tackle for the Giants, was drafted in the third round of the 2014 NFL Draft.

The event was sponsored by BLMP Sports & Entertainment Group, Morgan Stanley and Anton Media Group.

The Giants’ 2016 draft picks are linebacker B.J. Goodson of Clemson, running back Paul Perkins of UCLA, tight end Jerell Adams of South Carolina, Ohio State cornerback Eli Apple, Oklahoma wide receiver Sterling Shepard and Boise State safety Darian Thompson.
